Mark Jones
Partner, Coniferous.
Mark Jones has extensive experience in renewable energy investment and development.
He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at Urban Grid Solar and Chief Executive Officer of Susgen, working across solar, wind and energy storage investments in the UK, Ireland and the United States. He is currently a Partner at Coniferous. Earlier in his career, Mark held senior roles at PP Asset Management, Centrica, Ernst & Young and Savills.

Rob Ellis, MRICS
Director, Tor Energy Solutions.
Rob Ellis is a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in property and development, including more than 20 years focused on renewable energy.
He led renewable energy development at the Co-operative Group for 13 years, delivering projects from early concept through planning and construction and is a Director at Tor Energy Solutions. His experience includes onshore wind projects (78MW total), utility-scale solar projects (60MW total) and anaerobic digestion projects.
At Tor Wind, Rob focuses on site identification, land agreements and project delivery.
Joseph Pillai

Joseph Pillai is an experienced infrastructure finance professional with a background in renewable energy investment and project finance.
He has held senior roles at Susgen and PP Asset Management, working across capital structuring and investment in sustainable energy projects.
At Tor Wind, Joseph focuses on financial structuring and supporting the development of viable renewable energy projects.
Dane Wilkins
Director, Tor Energy Solutions.
Dane Wilkins is an energy and infrastructure specialist with extensive experience advising developers and investors.
He previously served as MD for Pacific Green developing, financing and building out a pan-euro portfolio of utility scale BESS and onshore wind. He also spent around 15 years as Head of Capital Markets – Energy and Infrastructure Advisory at JLL, advising on financing, acquisitions and development of energy and infrastructure projects across Europe. His background includes senior corporate finance roles at EY and Deloitte, trained as a chartered accountant at KPMG, served on the Board of RUK and is a Director at both Tor Energy Solutions and B&D Partners (consulting / investment office).
